We will have a clinic Monday here with Jay Brown. I chose him because of his music theatre background. We go on at 12 and end at 2. I will get you out of class at 11. Bring your lunch. I know it is not as much fun as eating out, but time is crunching.
I have listed the credits of Mr. Adair. He is knowledgeable about Meisner - which is truth in acting. He will be hard on diction. As I find more about him, I will post it.
Aaron Adair, (Southeastern Oklahoma State )
Actor with 30 years in theatre; studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York (Sanford Meisner Approach); Certified to teach the Meisner Approach by the Neighborhood Playhouse. Extensive background in Musical theatre. Research in acting and Shakespearean Studies. Gradutate and undergraduate work in Oklahoma, Texas and California. Taught high school, community college and university levels in theatre and film in Texas and Colorado.
